The Gym @ Ringwood is now one of the finest on the south coast offering over 70 stations of the latest cardiovascular and resistance equipment, smartkey and cardio theatre technology, free weights and a designated floor work area.
We can also offer the very latest in entertainment systems to help make your exercise sessions more enjoyable. We encourage you to take full advantage of the new cardio theatre system enabling you to watch a choice of TV channels including sky sports and music channels, or enjoy the choice of radio stations.
If that's not enough you can also workout with your own personal entertainment system integrated onto selected cardio equipment. Bring your own headphones or they are available for sale at reception.
In addition to the Gym there is also the mind and body studio complete with a sprung floor and two fully mirrored walls where the majority of our classes and courses take place.We offer a well-established and exciting range of fitness classes to cater for all abilities and tastes - from Aerobics/Body Conditioning to Flexi Bar and Pilates and Classical Yoga . The 816 Gym for young people is now open. This brand new, purpose built gym is open to all 8-16year olds. The gym is fully staffed with qualified and police checked instructors and is open Monday - Friday between 3.30pm-6.30pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am-12noon.
As ever, all our staff are well-qualified, experienced and friendly, with a wealth of knowledge and bags of enthusiasm.
